IN THE 19TH MOSCOW INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL-CONTEST OF CHILDREN’S AND YOUTH CREATIVE ART
"OPEN EUROPE - OPEN PLANET"
I. Time and place of holding the Festival-Contest
Moscow 30/03/2022 - 03/04/2022
Individual terms of arrival shall be discussed additionally.
The opening and contest hearings will be held at the best Concert halls of Moscow.
II. Participants in the Festival-Contest
Creative collectives and separate persons below the age of 20 can participate in the contest.
III. Nominations
Choreography: people dance, classical dance, modern choreography (solo and small forms up to 4 people, ensembles).
Vocal:
2.1. Variety song (solo, duets, ensembles);
2.2. People song (solo, duets, ensembles);
2.3. Academic genre (solo, duets, ensembles);
2.4. Folk-lore collectives.
2.5. Choruses
Instrumental music:
3.1. Piano (solo);
3.2. String and pizzicato instruments (solo);
3.3. Brass instruments (solo);
3.4. People instruments (solo);
3.5. Orchestras and ensembles.
Show-programs:
4.1. Original genre (circus and sport programs);
4.2. Fashion theatres.
Fine arts:
5.1. Exhibition–contest of paintings, drawings, small plastic art, domestic craft.
IV. Demands towards participants in the Contest
Choreography: participants in solo and small forms compete in their nominations and are not divided into age groups.
1.1. Age categories:
junior group – 7-10 years; medium group – 11-14 years, senior group – 15 – 20 years.
1.2. Two numbers shall be presented at the contest. General term of a presentation up to 8 minutes.
Vocal:
2.1. Age categories:
A category 1 – 5–8 years; a category 2 – 9–12 years; a category 3 – 13 – 15 years; a category 4 – 16–20 years; the category "Profi" - 21 - 30 years.
2.2. 2 songs sung to a phonogram (minus) shall be presented at the contest, a-capello, separate accompaniment. A phonogram shall be presented at CD or (USB) flash drive (flash memory card). A phonogram (plus) shall be available. Duration of each song – up to 4 minutes.
2.3. The contest in the nomination "variety vocal" will have two rounds. One of the songs shall be sung in native language. In the first round one song is presented. In accordance with the jury’s decision contestants, who acquired more points, shall be admitted to the second round.
In nominations – people and academic vocal presentations with "natural" accompaniment are welcomed.
2.4. In nomination – Folk-lore collectives – up to 3 adults are acceptable. Folk-lore collectives shall present 2 numbers up to 5 minutes each.
2.5. In nomination – choruses – up to 5 adults are acceptable. Choral collectives shall present two songs up to 5 minutes each.
Instrumental music:
Up to 30 % of adults are acceptable in a group. 2 numbers are presented, up to 5 minutes duration each.
Show- programmes:
4.1. Original genre. The program will have to present up to 10 minutes.
Fashion theatres:
5.1. Collections shall be presented in different art styles. Stylized show of children clothes is acceptable – up to 10 minutes.
Fine and creative arts: Each participant may present up to 1 works.
Winners of the Festival-contest are sent to children’s and youth international Festivals in Italy, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Latvia etc.
- Organizational matters
- To participate in the Festival – contest it is necessary to send to the Executive management by fax 7495-987-1952, +7495-504-6561 or by e-mail: otkrytaya-evropa@mail.ru before 10 march 2022 an Application of the prescribed form. www.otkrytaya-evropa.ru
Participants will pay a "Special fee for participation in the Festival-contest" (Staying in a hotel «Kosmos», half board, transfer, excursion around Moscow) on the basis of 280 euros per person. A contest fee for solo participants for participation in the contest – 60 euros. For duets, ensembles – 25 euros per person.
For nomination – choruses and orchestras: from 15 to 25 people – 345 euros per all group; from 26 to 40 people – 455 euros per all group. The groups are less than 15 people will pay the contest fee according to the general conditions.
Accompanying persons and heads do not pay the contest fee.
Without staying in a hotel for contestants only the contest fee is paid.
